| Le valvole di ritegno a pistone sono valvole di flusso unidirezionali e sono utilizzate con diversi fluidi di processo. Le valvole di ritegno a pistone funzionano automaticamente: non richiedono un controllo esterno o un operatore. Per questo motivo, queste valvole non hanno un volantino. Le valvole di ritegno a pistone possono essere utilizzate quando è richiesto un passaggio quasi totale del fluido, sebbene la portata non debba essere eccessivamente elevata. Il componente principale delle valvole di ritegno a pistone è il disco a forma di pistone. Chiudendosi automaticamente, il disco consente l'interruzione del flusso e la chiusura della valvola. Se la pressione non è sufficiente, la valvola rimane chiusa; quando la pressione è sufficiente, la valvola si apre e il fluido è libero di passare. |
| Piston Check Valves are unidirectional flow valves and are used with different process fluids. Piston Check valves work automatically: they do not require external control or an operator. For this reason, these valves do not have a handwheel. Piston Check valves can be used when an almost total passage of fluid is required, although the flow rate should not be excessively high. The main component of Piston Check valves is the piston-shaped disc. Closing automatically, the disc allows the interruption of the flow and the closure of the valve. If the pressure is not enough, the valve remains closed; when the pressure is enough, the valve opens and the fluid is free to pass. |
